As Prosight grew, we decided to seek out new training, add on new employees, and offer new services. 
 
First, we kept all the Prosight resources available to anyone who wants them.  They are still at Prosight Success System - Blog (weebly.com).  We will still update there occasionally.
 
Secondly, we wanted to serve you better so we earned John Maxwell Certified Coaching certification.  Now, our consulting has an improved structure backed by the wisdom of 5 decades of leadership training.
 
Third, we started creating content that addressed larger business concerns as well as those specific to eye care at Blog — Capitalize Marketing and Consulting.
